Women's Health Internship
Women's Health magazine is currently looking for an enthusiastic art intern for the Spring 2013 semester. This would be an unpaid internship running January-April for academic credit only. A commitment of at least 2 days a week is required. Duties will include assisting the art department and working directly with the Art Director designing layouts for FOB sections. Redbook Magazine (Hearst Corporation) is seeking energetic graphic design students for a Spring 2013 internship in the Art Department. Candidates should be eager to learn about how the design department of a national magazine runs. Responsibilities include visual research, maintaining wall of printed layouts, minor imaging work, and editorial design projects. Candidates should be pro-active, have strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong working knowledge of CS5; particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Work will be assigned based on ability. Duration: January 2nd--end of semester. A commitment of 2-3 days a week is required (10am to 6pm).
