New York Magazine Photo Department Intern

New York Magazine's photography department is offering a PAID internship. We are looking for someone with prior internship experience at a magazine, who is comfortable with handling photography equipment and lighting, and familiar with stock photo agencies. Qualified candidates should be organized and able to see projects through under tight deadlines. Interns should be very comfortable and effective communicating over the phone, in person, and via e-mail. Intern responsibilities include some general administrative duties, photo researching, maintaining photo archives, scouting, assisting on photo shoots, assisting in our photographers studio and maintaining the props closet. Interns will also be calling in products, logging-in and returning artwork, be a contributing member during creative meetings, and undertake photography assignments, skills permitting. Project - Coordinator CPNU

The Project - TENGO Coordinator will be working on the logistics involved in utilizing TENGO equipment in the field. This includes bureau kits and accessories, TVU packs and Fujitsu units. The Project - TENGO Coordinator will need to maintain schedule calendar for all TVU units and bureau kits. Need to keep close track of the whereabouts of TENGO equipment as well as the repair history of each unit. - High proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Can use formulas in Excel to create and maintain various tracking documents and charts. - Monitors TVU feeds to alert potential problems and keeps track of TVU performances at our frequent locations. - Might need to work during after-hours to support last-minute production needs. - Some basic SAP knowledge preferred. Marie Claire Art Department Fall Intern

Photo Editor, San Francisco Magazine

San Francisco magazine is looking for a highly fun, creative, intelligent, and resourceful photo editor to join our lean, mean art team.
