Art Assistant, Architectural Digest

Serving as a general assistant to the Art Department, the Art Assistant liaises with the Photo Department to traffic artwork, prepares for film edit and layout review meetings, regularly updates layout mock-up boards, and executes basic Photoshop and InDesign requests as needed. He or she also offers secondary graphic support to other departments, including but not limited to preparing presentations for the Editor in Chief, watermarking images and creating PDFs for press or web usage, and more. Responsibilities also include various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing, ordering supplies, and miscellaneous errands as needed.

Qualifications
• At least 8 years of photo editing experience, at least 5 years experience leading photography curation and assignments in a content driven digital media sports environment, and at least 3 years managing a team of people.

• Experience leading and managing photo editing teams
