• Job Description:
  We (Topix Media Lab) are on the hunt for an associate photo editor-- Job includes stock research and management of other photo resources, light retouching (silhouetting, darkening/lightening behind text, extending images) credits and budget management etc we are a small publishing company based in the financial district. We create special issue newsstand-only magazines for a wide variety of clients such as Disney, Marvel, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Newsweek, Investigation Discovery, CBS, and on and on--take a look at our online store to get an idea of the kind of products we create: http://onnewsstandsnow.com Cool, right? We are looking to fill this position ASAP. We need someone who is independent and able to juggle multiple projects in a very fast-paced (but super fun) environment. We are a true "lab" in that we create every magazine in-house with an amazingly talented team of writers, editors, designers and photo editors This position includes full health benefits and paid vacation
