[ 2 one 5 ] Creative, a branding and design firm based in Philadelphia, is seeking a smart, conceptual, and savvy freelance editorial designer with 5+ years of experience in magazine layout and typography to assist with an ongoing project for a nationally recognized publication. You will work on designing editorial pages and building graphic elements to translate article ideas into strong visual communication.
Designer must have extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, preferably 5.5 with the ability to deliver on quick deadlines. Ideal person must have superior design sensibilities, typographic skills, and a working knowledge of the baseline grid system. Photoshop and Illustrator skills a must as well.
Freelance will be expected to work on site at our office as well as off-site on an as-needed basis.
Candidates will NOT be considered unless they have magazine layout experience.
