Graphic Designer

Clique Media Group is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who will lead the production of daily content for one of our properties: MyDomaine. This person will be responsible for overseeing and executing the typographic and retouching needs of the Editorial department. The ideal candidate will work closely with Editorial Art Director to implement and create designs that fit the Editors' needs and also stay true to the site's aesthetic. Responsibilities include: create inspiring, on brand typographic layouts and graphic solutions for MyDomaine's Editorial and Social Media teams, retouch and color correct imagery under tight deadlines, complete special projects and duties when assigned, may occasionally work on sister sites WhoWhatWear.com and Byrdie.com, oversee, mentor, and approve the work of interns when necessary

Los Angeles Magazine Art Intern

Looking for a FALL 2015 Art Intern, starting mid to late August through late December. Assist Design Director and Art Directors in our busy art department to develop our award winning monthly city magazine. Layout design, photo research, typeface research, illustration research, idea conceptualization, photo retouching, photo shoots, department organization, etc. are examples of daily tasks. Intern will also attend staff meetings. This is an unpaid internship but can receive school credit if needed. Free parking.
