Bullfrog & Baum, a full-service Public Relations and Marketing firm, is seeking a highly-creative Graphic Designer for their in-house design studio, the Hop Shop. The position requires a responsible, proactive person to help ensure that the Hop Shop functions as efficiently as possible. Creative input on projects is a must and project management skills a plus. Flexibility, the ability to multi-task and excellent organizational and communication skills are a must along with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the department, including but not limited to:
• Creating thoughtful and innovative designs under tight deadlines
• Managing billable hours and creating invoices
• Understanding and interpreting already established branding guidelines
• Working with client teams on requirements, timelines and budgets
• Management and coordination with outside vendors (i.e. printers, etc.)
• Assist in the management of daily, in-house design projects for Bullfrog & Baum
• Assist in the management of Bullfrog & Baum's press clips and archival system
