Photo Intern Food Network Magazine (Hearst Corporation)

Food Network Magazine currently has an internship opening in the photo department for a minimum of 2 days a week in the Spring 2013 semester. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a fun staff at a new magazine learning all the ins-and-outs of photo production. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized, have a strong interest in photography and a positive attitude. The internship is unpaid and applicants must be able to receive college credit. We are interested in candidates who are studying photography and/or have experience in magazine publishing. Candidates must be able and willing to assist the photo department in all administrative duties, send/receive packages by messenger, communicate clearly and confidently with contributors, perform photo research, call-in products for photo shoots and organize photo archives.

Photo Intern - Food Network Magazine - Fall 2012

Food Network Magazine is looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic intern to assist the Photo Department starting August 2012. The photo intern will have the opportunity to work with a fun staff while learning all the ins-and-outs of photo production. Responsibilities include but are not limited to purchasing items for shoots, light photo research and various administrative tasks. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess solid communication skills. Interest in photography, cooking and the Food Network is a definite plus.
