Nautilus magazine (nautil.us) is looking for a dynamic designer to join our art department. The main focus will be to make our unique voice shine through our editorial online and print design. The successful candidate will work with editors, developers, and artists on dedicated projects. An ideal candidate will have an eye for story, able to collaborate and take direction, and must be able to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A knowledge and interest in science and journalism
A precise attention to detail while working in tight deadline
Strong visual sensibility: type design, illustrators and photographers, to concepts for articles and graphics
Experience with editorial design
