PRODUCTION DESIGNER (freelance)

• Exceptionally strong packaging layout understanding • Beauty packaging experience/background required, emphasis on fragrance • Extremely knowledgeable in Illustrator (all of our mechanicals will be done in Illustrator CS5), solid knowledge of Photoshop CS5 • Positive "can do" attitude • Extremely organized and able to multi-task • Knowledge of printing processes • Position will focus largely on file prep for printing, with some photoshop work • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Excellent problem solving abilities • Pro-active and a team player • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

PACKAGE DESIGNER (freelance)

This person must have a strong understanding/background of Beauty packaging design development. Should have a proven track record of excellence in implementing Marketing Brand/Product Strategies through Design. Directly responsible for creation on new packaging design and brand maintenance for primary and secondary packaging. Ability to work independently, operate professionally in a corporate environment, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

RETOUCHER (freelance)

Retouch photography scans and/or digital images for presentations of advertising, catalogue and PR projects. Work closely with Art Directors and Photographers to establish naming conventions, file management and overall efficient workflow. Proactively communicate with team of Art Directors and Photographers during various stages of retouching. Keep abreast of latest retouching technology and developments and evaluate suitability Work with Art Directors on layout changes and understand layout programs. Use layout programs to place and replace images.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (freelance)

Responsible for designing and managing assigned catalogues from start to finish. Also executing all art revisions on assigned catalogues post layout and film review through the production life of the book. Focusing on accuracy and deadlines. Works on the layout and design of assigned catalogs

PAINTER (freelance)

Individual Contributor focusing on creating seasonal prints. Requires good skill in painting, using ADOBE programs with a paticularly good sense of colors. Fashion/textiles background desired but not required. REQUIRES EXPERIENCE HAND PAINTING WITH WATERCOLOR

PRINT STYLIST (freelance)

Coordinate and execute the creation of commercially viable color & print with responsibility for a small category &/or collection; develop brand right color & print stories that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy; monitor and recognize relevant trends and consumer needs for product designs; take direction under moderate supervision, exercising a minimal degree of autonomy/decision-making; reports to Sr. Print Stylist.
