Kira Pollack, New DP at Time

WWD reports this morning that Kira Pollack, formerly PE at The New York Times Magazine and now-shuttered Play, The New York Times Sports Magazine, is the new Director of Photography at TIME and time.com. She makes the third person in the position in just over a year, after MaryAnne Golon left after 24 years in June of 2008, and then-acting DP Alice Gabriner left the magazine in March to join the White House as photo editor and deputy director of their photo office (and Flickr pool?).
