TED Fellows

Last year we did a magazine-type book for TED Conferences that features over 170 different covers and was for sure the coolest thing we did in 2013. You can check the complete book here.

Gratuitous Type, Issue C

My favorite project this year was the latest issue of Gratuitous Type, a magazine I publish and design. I love talking to artists and Issue C included some of my long-time favorites: among them Fanette Mellier, Alex Lin, Studio Newwork, and Jordy van den Nieuwendijk.

My favorite thing i worked on this past year was the Red Bull Music Academy, and in particular the daily newspaper we made for the academy: The Daily Note. It was my first time working in high volume newsprint, making a new issue every day reflecting current academy happenings as well as long-form stories about music and its relationship with NYC. It was exciting to distribute in the streets like am new york/metro/etc. Evidence here
