We are a growing company looking for the first member of our Customer Success team. Based in Indianapolis, the mission is to deliver great support to customers of our app creation service. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own ultimate responsibility for driving adoption across the customer base, identify growth opportunities and increasing revenue from existing customers. Strong product knowledge is imperative as you play a central role in guiding the App Press customer experience. As a trusted advisor, the Customer Success Manager determines how App Press can be effectively applied to achieve the customer's strategic mobile objectives and help them maximize their ROI. A Customer Success Manager is an experience-maker for our customers - passionate about teaching customers how to solve a new problem or solve a problem differently.

  • Job Requirements: • Self-motivated, proactive and often single-minded when solving problems • Passionate about customer service • Strong interest in mobile and web technologies • Working knowledge of Photoshop • Relevant work experience in customer-facing high-tech company or previous experience as an account manager at a creative agency a plus • Working knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript a plus
