Allure Magazine is seeking a fall photo intern to start in September 2012. The perspective intern must be able to receive college credit for the internship and will receive a small stipend for their time. The person will be working closely with the photo and art department.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is organized, diligent, and good at multi-tasking and has an interest in photography and magazine publishing. The intern will be assisting the photo department with tasks and administrative duties such as: photo research, organizing layout binder, copying paperwork, delivering products to the in house photographer, sending issues to contributors and calling in images from various sources. Interns will also get an opportunity to visit a photo shoot to observe and gain hands on experience in a professional photographic environment. Previous magazine internship experience is a plus.
