Must be highly organized, efficient, and proactive; able to multi-task and meet deadlines; and have excellent interpersonal, Photoshop, and InDesign skills. Responsibilities include photo research; designing presentations and magazine pages; inputting credits; liaising with photographers; coding invoices; creating and distributing call sheets; updating calendar and layout wall; coordinating deliveries; and organizing server and archives.HGTV Art Intern
This opportunity will allow students interested in editorial design to work directly with HGTV Magazine's art and photo department. Duties will include: photo research, requesting high resolution images, shopping for props, assisting at photo shoots (in-house and on location), printing/calling in photographer and stylist portfolios & other administrative duties. The intern will get the chance to assist the art department with brainstorming concepts, updating & designing layouts. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, the ability to multi-task under pressure & eagerness to learn.
