CLM NY is looking to hire a full time Sr. Producer and Junior Producer to start sometime in June. Seeking an extremely organized individual gifted at managing shoot production schedules and budgets. He/she will work with the photo department to ensure that all photo shoots are produced and managed smoothly. Salary tbd according to experience. Responsibilities: . Creating estimates, managing budgets, negotiating fees/rates, generating invoices, closing and billing jobs. • Manage the scheduling and booking of all talent (model, hair, and makeup) for shoots • Develop shoot schedules and call sheets • Manage the budgets for shoots, reconcile actual versus estimated budgets • Ensure all shoot related invoices are properly negotiated, submitted and processed by accounts payable on time and within budget • Liaise between a variety of vendors including outside production companies, catering, location vehicles, equipment houses, casting, location scouts, etc.,
