Digital Creative Director, Time

Leading content agency is seeking a
talented and experienced digital creative director to bring cutting-
edge thinking and superlative design chops to an innovative, highly entrepreneurial team. The candidate will demonstrate a passion for strategic problem solving and will utilize a deep
understanding of social media, search, Web design, iPad, WAP, and usability to conceive and execute content platforms. S/he must be eager to stay current with the quickly evolving digital universe and possess enthusiasm for interfacing with corporate clients.
Experience
Candidate will have 7+ years of agency experience designing for large-scale digital platforms. Experience with user-interface principles, information architecture, and SEO, as well as
standard Web product-development
processes, is critical. A history of working with sales, marketing, and business development teams is a plus. Experience designing mobile websites and/or apps is preferred, as is a background in content-rich design.
The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. Strong interpersonal and time management skills are assumed. Sterling presentation skills are essential.
Skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, XHTML, Web-standards-based design, and Flash.
Responsibilities
The Digital Creative Director will work closely with the Vice President, Creative Director to conceive and build smart,
attractive digital content platforms for our roster of Fortune 500 clients. S/he will also work with TICS' new business development team to create spec creative for sales pitches. Anticipated travel requirements include 1-2 business
trips per month.
