The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority ("NYW"), the New York City Transitional Finance Authority ("TFA"), and Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation ("HYIC"), collectively "the Issuers", are seeking to retain the services of one or more graphic design consultants for the preparation of the Issuers' Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports.
