Field & Stream and Outdoor Life are looking for an art director with a minimum of 5 years' full-time experience in consumer magazines. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with the design director, deputy art director, photo department, and editors to establish the overall design direction for both titles. He/she will have the opportunity to design across all sections and features of the magazines, as well as two tablet editions. He/she must have outstanding magazine section and package design skills and must be able to generate ideas. In addition, he/she will be expected to thoroughly art-check final pages and meet tight deadlines.
