Real Simple is looking for an Art Director to join the RS Creative Studio, which is responsible for creating custom content, as well as event design, and sales and marketing materials. The candidate should be someone who approaches their work with a passion for design and drive to create something new. They will lead the creation of design assets from concept to completion. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Art Director will manage designers and encourage a team atmosphere. This is a key role for a creative thinker who will be involved in conceptualizing and executing photo and video shoots with Real Simple talent for our partners.
Job Description: The Art Director will be tasked with enhancing the visual branding with innovative design for the marketing and sales teams for projects like native campaigns, client-branded promotions, digital and print mockups, category presentations, sell sheets, media kits, and brand identity for signature franchises. The will develop cohesive, creative ad executions that live across both digital and print platforms, balancing client objectives with editorial prestige, while managing project timelines, budgets and estimates for each project.
