The Cut, New York Magazine's fashion blog, is looking for talented photo interns to start immediately. Interns will primarily be optimizing images for web (making silo's, cropping, resizing, uploading, etc.), but also may assist with photo research, support photo shoot production and/or provide general office help.
The ideal candidate is organized and enthusiastic about online media, digital imaging and editorial photography. Interns must be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment while working independently. A thorough understanding of Photoshop is a must. An interest in fashion and experience with CMS, digital retouching, and/or the photo department of a website or magazine are preferred.
