REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: GRAPHIC DESIGN CONSULTANT SERVICES

The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority ("NYW"), the New York City Transitional Finance Authority ("TFA"), and Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation ("HYIC") are requesting proposals from graphic design firms to serve as consultants for the preparation of NYW's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and TFA and HYIC's Annual Reports. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be submitted to contracts@omb.nyc.gov before 5:00 pm EST on August 5. Proposals are due August 19, 2016 at 3:00 pm EST.
