The Premiere Issues Archive

The Premiere Issues Archive

Ever wonder what the cover of the first issue of tktktktk magazine was? Wonder no more, thanks to the Premiere Issues archive!

At heart, Premiere Issues is still a carefully curated and presented personal collection. We are still fascinated by the opening statements written by editors and publishers in the launch issue -- amazed at the spirit of their voices and the wholehearted outpouring of their ideas and energy to create their vision.

We encourage you to submit your own first issues; those that have gathered dust in the attic, or that have been freshly printed -- we welcome contributors and readers alike. Thank you for staying with us and hope you will visit often and watch the collection grow.
BRIDES turns 75!

BRIDES turns 75!

Since BRIDES magazine debuted 75 years ago, during the Great Depression (interesting time to launch a magazine, no?) a lot has changed in America and the world, the repeal of Prohibition, and a World War to name a few. But the one thing that has remained the same is embracing a ritual and tradition that's been around for a long, long time and is nearly as fundamental as love itself. The following covers takes you though a visual journey of BRIDES magazine and it's evolution through the last seven decades, Enjoy!
